The motor that raise and lower chair has stopped working already after one month.If this company value its customer and want return business,they should read reviews and take care of the issues.Motor on chair in no way shape and form should have stopped working after one month and moderate use.Please stand behind your product and name and take care of the problem.Chair is nice but the motor is terrible.Please HELP!!!!!!Part 2 of Review,After my first review I was contacted by a very helpful and promising customer service.They told me they are going to do everything in their power to take of my problem,with that being said I am very happy that they are stepping up and standing behind their product and name.That alone will get them a five star rating for great customer service.

Power Recliner Quit working after 7 months, Seller NOT responding to my messages via AMAZON. I need this RECLINER REPAIRED/Replaced ASAP. Elderly Mother Depends on it to keep her feet elevated DAILY, per medical condition, and DOCTORS ORDER. I Purchased EXTENDED Warranty for 5 years Through ALLSTATE/Squaretrade, they Advised Contact SELLER, for Warranty Service. Meanwhile Elderly Mother lays on couch with pillows under legs! Seller sent replacement motor, started working, now it quit working! 10-10-21

I have never built a recliner before but am about average intelligence. I think it took all of 30 minutes to assemble, even with 2 boys confiscating the cardboard packaging pieces so that they could terrorize the people coming over for Christmas Eve. Krampus minions in the making....Even better that it came 2 weeks before estimated though half hour after I'd brought an armchair down 2 1/2 flights of steps by myself. Overall though, we're really happy with it.

My 99-year-old dad is enjoying his new chair very much! The massage and heat features help him stay comfortable and the lift feature makes it so much easier for him to get up and about!
