This Bluetooth headphone is outstanding! It's comfortable, the battery lasts all day and evening, the sound is clear and the distance it transmits from my phone is at least 40 feet. I've used it while driving for Uber and Lyft, while mowing grass, doing housework, listening to the radio, Pandora, and YouTube. Not once has it failed to work as well, if not better than described. I've given them as gifts and bought them for other people as I was sure it would not disappoint! The price is fantastically low for the quality of the headset which is of great relief as even my dog likes it! (to steal it of my side table to chew on) That alone has necessitated multiple purchases! If I had never lost one, dropped it in water and she had never chewed on one, I'd still be using the original I bought 3 years ago. This is a winner! It is a little bulky compared to other earbuds, but the battery life and performance far ought weigh the design! You can't go wrong here!

When I purchased this product it was defective. I contacted the seller and they replaced it without hesitation. I got my new one the next day and it works great. I LOVE IT.

I just got this headset the other day. I charged both batteries before I used it. It sounded good and the mic seemed ok, that is people could hear me clearly. After two days it started screwing up. While listening to audio books or talking on a call it would completely cut out. I tried both batteries. I tried reconnecting it to my android phone which included erasing then re-pairing it. When it happened the "multi function" button was unresponsive. I assuming that I just got a bad one so I returned it and asked for another one. I'll see how the replacement does then I'll update my review. Otherwise I'm just going to send the replacement back for a refund.FOLLOW UP: The replacement headset didn't last even 2 days. Same thing; I charged it up and was listening to a podcast OK but when I answered a phone call it cut out frequently and had terrible screeching feedback. I have a Yuwiss V41 headset which works fine. I was looking for a little more comfort. Too bad that this headset has problems. I'm going to try another brand.

I've bought 3 of these, the first one worked great until I lost it, the second one worked for 3 weeks then started dropping signal, though it worked most of the time (now I had 3 batteries total that once charged up, powered the earpiece almost a month!) And even through the occasional shorting out, it still worked. Then I lost that one, too, so this is my third one. The first two were about $16.95 and this last one 19.95, but the fact it comes with TWO large amp batteries, seals in my ear like no other plugs can (except my Bose) and now I have 5 batteries!! Usually in life you get what you pay for. This may be the only exception, I can't understand how they can deliver so much device for so little memory. Totally would do it all over again, I love these things.

I would give it top marks but it keeps disconnecting Bluetooth and then will randomly reconnect during calls and only during calls for no reason. And lately it seems to happen during every call. It's maddening. Otherwise it works great.

But that's 2 different times the 1st time worked perfect like a charm all functions worked properly the 2nd time worked well just could not change the volume it would stay low

This is the third time I am ordering this exact headset(well I have the old style and new style). I won't order any other brand because I love the battery life and how comfortable(does not pinch like other kinda) it is. My battery last 2 days and since there are 2 batteries I never have to worry about running out of battery.I actually have 5 batteries now because the pens from my previous purchases still work. I had one finally go out after a year and a half.Great product and price. Never worry about battery again. it's great for phone calls and audiobook. That's what I use mine for!

We purchased this product in mid June. Here it is mid September, and it will no longer take a charge. Now we have a product 3 months old that we can't use anymore. Complete waste of money if it doesn't last. The sound quality and noise cancellation were good while it worked.
