I bought them as replacement for my Asics original inserts as they were worn out. I have put these thru HIIT, Running, Stair climbing, Gym work outs, long walks and they remained comfortable and never gave me pain or any other issue. So I totally recommended for exercise. You may have to let them adjust for a day or two but other than no problem what so ever.

While the quality of the insole is good and it is very useful, however, the delivering merchant does not follow the instructions carefully. I ordered two extra large insoles, however one extra large, and one extra small was delivered.

Extremely pleased with these insoles. I have dropped arches and plantar fasciitis, and these insoles have definitely helped ease the issues. They fit in my shoes very well and seem well made.

Beyond comprehensive is words that i can describe this product. I work as a mechanic and stand on my feet 8-10 hours a day sometimes longer and at the end of each day it was painful walking on my feet. With many different steel toe boots that i have tired and have had no success in finding anything with actual support. I have tired gel insoles but that seems to work for the time being and then they become useless. I recently purchase a brand new pair of steel toe and decided to actually find a suitable pair of insoles that offer support. I know and have been told custom orthotics is absolutely expensive and half the time are not even comfortable and waste of money. So i knew that wasn't they way to go so i started researching and came across these and actually didn't know if it was something i was going to like because you aren't able to feel or see them but after reading some reviews i decided to purchase them and arrived very quickly. I purchased a medium pair and cut them for my size 8 boot and after inserting my feet into the boot i could already feel a difference. It's was actually truly remarkable of how much they had support because example memory foam lasts for an hour then the cushion is gone but these had remarkable support. When you are walking these have a very high support for the arch so if you have flat feet then this will be uncomfortable because it will apply pressure in the arch where an arch isn't. The front of the insole is fairly flat and almost like a normal insole and doesn't have much support but the back where the heal is where the support is which i need because i walk on my heels that's where my constant pressure is. The first time i used these after the first day i noticed my arch of my foot was very sore and my back of my calf's and front part of my legs were beyond sore. I put on my street shoes and could barley walk after using them. I first thought it might because of all the years of abuse and using horrible support that i was new and causing pain so i used them the next day and had the same thing. I used these for entire week and caused pain my legs i guess from the support pushing up on my arch and heel which was causing the pain. I did stick to it and see after another week to determine if it would get better and it did. After the second week the support has been amazing and couldn't have asked for something better to support my feet. The insoles aren't that thick and can be virtually used in any shoe and tempting to purchase a second pair for my street shoes just because i like the added support. To determine how long they will last i cannot exactly say that because with them being used everyday then i would see them being worn out. I will say now this is absolute the best purchases i have made for something other than work related. The support has been outstanding and cannot believe i have been missing out. I will say something else, it may be uncomfortable at first but the longer used the more your feet with adjust to the extra support. Otherwise outstanding product and couldn't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend.

En mi caso, tengo los pies planos y necesito calzado con puente "marcado". Me cuesta mucho encontrar calzado en el que pueda tener un buen apoyo del pie y me sienta cómodo. Me decidí por estas plantillas por el gran número de comentarios positivos y ha sido un acierto. En movimiento son muy cómodas, con buena amortiguación y no se siente ninguna molestia. En parado, no duelen ni nada, pero se notan "raras" y producen una ligera molestia pero nada más. Eso si, son muy anchas por lo que no las recomiendo para calzados estrechos o muy rígidos aunque lo mismo pasa con plantillas hechas por podologos (lo sé por mi padre que lleva plantillas hechas por un profesional y tiene el mismo problema). En definitiva, la perfección no existe pero estas plantillas cumplen su función a la perfección a precio muy bueno y harán que pueda comprarme el calzado que me guste y no sólo el que me "encaje" bien en el pie.
