LOVE (& back for more) !!!
Sorry, my reviews are ridiculously long 😅; I try to be thorough enough to help others who may have similar needs/issues.I took a chance on these jeans even though reviews said they were thin & the knees wore out easily. But my son can’t stand zippers and HAS to have stretch in his pants or he feels too restricted. Pull on jeans for “big boys” are so hard to find that I decided to try these anyway; it sounds so cliché, but I AM glad I did. These *are* thin for jeans (feels more like a knit than denim) & with the other reviews, I was definitely worried about their durability. Plus my son is hard on his clothes & absolutely notorious for putting holes in the knees of ALL his pants. Amazingly, these jeans have totally held up to weekly wearings & washings (*every week* - he top load, normal cycle, cold water; low heat drying). He doesn’t wear them out to play; only to school, or the rare outing that’s not the park. But he *has* worn them once a week, every. single. week. since I got them (sorry, I can’t remember when, but several months at least 😣) & they’re still in great shape — no signs of holes in the knees!!Equally surprising is how well they fit. My son is SO hard to fit — he’s in between sizes & his measurements don’t match up to the charts (he’s a 10 by the chart, but the 10’s are entirely enormous on him irl). They are a bit too long, but that’s true of all his pants bc he’s shorter than average. We roll these twice (but it’s a normal size cuff, whereas other pants require either more rolls or an enormous cuff) & they still look great. Even though these are skinny, they look more like a straight leg on him; & not too tight or too loose (they actually make him look slimmer & a bit taller!).The waist is normally where we have issues: too big pants make him look like he’s wearing dad’s clothes on his legs, but his size on his waist; too small pants look like his size on his legs, but with a muffin top. He’s not even what I’d call chubby, he just has a tiny belly (not flat). The elastic waist isn’t tight like some other pull-on jeans (the waist on the Amazon brand is a little tight; the waist is visibly smaller than the hips/ legs, so it gets bunchy around that area, making his butt/tummy kind of poof out — long polos cover it up, so he still wears them, just not regularly) but they aren’t loose & don’t need to be pulled up constantly. For reference he’s around 58” tall & 67lbs. But he is apparently too oddly sized/shaped to match any size chart (& I bust out the tape measure to get his inseam, waist, chest, etc., etc. but nothing matched up anyway). 🤷🏻♀️Some jeans are so dark they look almost black instead of blue, but these aren’t. I do love a dark jean though, and these are the perfect shade. It’s dark enough to look more like pants than casual blue jeans, but not so dark as to clash/compete with darker colors. Paired with a black polo he looks super sleek/chic; a white polo looks very sharp — crisp & clean. He has a pair of slip on leather sneakers/loafers (also holding up well despite reviews saying the opposite) that he wears with these jeans & together they make him look just so put together & smart (neat, well-dressed, fashionable)!! They definitely don’t *look* like comfortable, pull on, knit type pants.Trying to find everything my picky son wants/ needs is almost impossible — but if he doesn’t like it, he literally just will. not. wear it. Surprisingly, these pants actually tick all the boxes —are comfy, has stretch, fit fantastically, perfect color, pull on AND stylish, fits uniform policy but can still be worn for most occasions outside of school, & will last at least the whole school year (possibly longer). I’m actually here to buy more pairs before they’re all sold out and/or discontinued.

*5 Stars... with a caveat:
As I hope can be seen in the photo, I had to remove about 6-8 stitches (approximately 1 inch to 1.125 inches) under the first belt loop as the pull/drawstring on one side had been stitched down (jeans 5 stars, quality control 3... because I'm thinking the drawstring being usable is a major thing for anyone buying these jeans). I considered sending the jeans back and exchanging them but (1) I'm impatient and (2) I considered that this wouldn't be the only pair to come with stitched down drawstring. So I did some tugging - hoping it was just a single stitch, alas, BUT I figured out where the drawstring was stitched down and knew I could fix it in a matter of minutes. I'll wash the jeans and make sure that's the only issue, but otherwise they are seemingly awesome! My son is 24 next month (Mom's unite with me in a sympathy tear) and he suffered a stroke at 18 months, leaving him with medical, cognitive issues. He was a 'robust' men's size 32x28 after YEARSSSSSS of force feeding him (not really, just felt that way) heavy cream and butter and more carnation instant breakfast and puréed foods than I can account for - caring for him is my full time life. A hospitalization a few years ago (brain bleed after falling during a seizure) and the hospital let him lose 25 pounds in 3 weeks. He was barely 145. So, he's been back in boys' sizes/men's small and living in sweats for those years since. It's not a look I'm happy about, regardless of the ease of dressing him. You don't realize how much you miss jeans til you're living in sweats.Ran up on these Levi's and, y'all, I squealed! The cut is 'slim' but on him the 18 still looks baggy. I'm guessing they're made for obese boys and not grown men, so I will take what I can get. Just super happy to have found these jeans. The denim is VERY soft, if not a little thinnish (we live in Georgia - thinnish is probably better, lol). Even with the alteration I chose to make, they're worth the price.

Great for slim little boys. Perfect fit!
These are the only jeans we found that are the perfect for our skinny 5 year old. Small waist and hips. Ordered 6 pair after returning 5 other brands. Adjustable waist, perfect. 5 years 4 months. Ordered size 6 for the length. You won't be disappointed. Legs are not as skinny as they look! Perfect

Elastic tie waist for that
Mother of 3 boys with very opposite body types. My side of the family resembles A sturdy mid western farmers wife who could push out a dozen babies, breast-feed a neighborhood and plow A field without an ox in cart. My husbands side very tall and so skinny that if they turn sideways they will disappear. My middle son inherited the Midwestern farmer body type.... and like all kids approaching puberty, Covid lockdown, and nothing but Bezos billions to keep them entertained on Prime. 🤦🏼♀️ Let’s just say we’re needing jeans that are a bit flexible right now. I’m not worried, we’re making healthy choices and my oldest went from 5’4” to 6’2” in about nine months and he is almost to the sprout strange. Finding a pair of pants has been exceptionally difficult during this puberty transition. They are either tight in the waste with ginormous leg holes... or loose in the waist with legs like a boa constrictor. I found this brand and a local store and loved it but they sold out so I was pretty excited to see that they sold them on Amazon....the price was a bit higher but we were out of options.

Most comfortable jeans
It is so difficult to find jeans for my 11year old son, he loves comfortable clothes,so finding jeans that he finds comfortable is always a challenge. He absolutely loves these jeans! They're very soft, great fit, plus the price is so affordable. If you have a picky boy who loves to just wear pajamas, these are the ones, my boy calls them his pajama jeans 😁

The only pants my son will wear.
My son is very particular about how clothes feel & fit, but these he loves. They are soft, comfortable, slim but not tight, and they look great too.
