Beautifully crafted, well designed!
I am more than pleased with the quality of the rolling pin. I've been using a 24 inch long, 3 inch diameter rolling pin for years and have always struggled a bit with the size. I'm really excited to use this on my noodles, pizza dough, and tortillas. The wood is smooth and has a beautiful finish, and I'm lucky enough to have some grain patterns in mine.

Makes rolling small bits easy peasy!
I am an Asian woman living in rural Idaho, so if I want good Asian food I have to make it myself.I recently decided to try my hand at custard-filled buns. The dough is rolled out with the edges thinner than the middle. I first tried flattening the dough with a plate and thinning the edges with my fingers. It worked but was time consuming. So I bought this rolling pin. I've never had a tapered one before, and I have to say I'm sold! So much more intuitive than the ones with handles. And the small size of this one makes it easy to maneuver around small items. I highly recommend.

M blt issue was finding out this was made in China. Wish there were more items like this made in the USA. This was a gift to me so did not when I put in my wish list were it was from.

Worked extremely well
It worked so well for the Chinese hand pies. It was exactly what I needed to roll a small round thin piece of dough. It will work really well for dumplings too!
