I need to be able to hear my sons lungs for feeding tubes. Will this work for that?

No. I'm in healthcare and cannot hear out of this. I'd invest in a better brand.

Would this stethoscope work to use on adults AND children?

Yes, I work in a pediatricians office so we do blood pressures on ages 3 to 22. I also use it to check my boyfriend's blood pressure and it works great! Hope this helps!

Are the angles of the binaurals adjustable (ie. can you change the angle it enters your ear)? Thx!

You can turn them forward and backward to better go into your ear, if that's what you're asking about. That's the only adjustment that you can make but that helps them fit in my ears.
