I was surprised with how small, but its still nice.

Nice, compact 3-in-1 travel game. Quality material and craftsmanship. It seemed a bit odd initially, that the game pieces are universal to be used for checkers, chess and backgammon. However, I have come to like the idea after playing the games several times. Efficient use of the pieces, especially for storing. There is a concern that the game pieces are very small and some could fall and get lost easily. Play with caution around overly excited kids!The game board rolls up for storage nicely but does not lay flat when being used. The trick I used to help it lay flat was to roll the game board in the opposite direction of being stored. The game board still, will curl up a bit after a short time. I imagine it will get better with time, upon continued rolling and unrolling of the game board.I corresponded with Rika, from customer support. Rika was very courteous and prompt on communicating about the product and shipping. Rika is always helpful to my concerns.A very good travel game that is very functional for the compact size.

Very nice set. The leather gives a little nicer feel than a cardboard or pegboard set, and since it's not magnetic, it can be double-sided with a backgammon board on the reverse side. There is a nice compartment for the pieces in one end. The leather also makes it a non-slip surface which is good since it isn't magnetic. You only get one queen per color though, so if you promote a pawn, you'll need to improvise.The pieces are decent plastic pieces but do have one minor flaw. They are slick without any ridges or anything that allow you to stack them. So, in Checkers, if you crown a piece, you can't stack them like you normally would. You could turn them so the Chess symbol shows to indicate a piece has been crowned though. It would have been helpful if they had a small ridge or indentation that would allow them to be stacked.

Great game to take in the car on trips. It is light and compact. Versatile pieces allow you to play all 3 games with same set. Best part of product is the professional looking stitching. Very nice. In addition, the customer service at Woodronic is outstanding and answers to my questions came quickly. Rika was very professional and prompt with her responses. I highly recommend this product.

Low quality stitching, very cheap materials. Don’t think it will las long. Some of the stitching is already coming apart and just got it.
