I already have one and that lasted me a while, so it was time to purchase a new one. I like it because it's easy to use and easy to clean and my feet gets really smooth.

We enjoyed this product. It really did exactly what it was you wished it to do...that was until it slipped out of my wife's hand from a desk chair to the floor. It was maybe 2 feet? Then it stopped working. The light comes on but no more spinning! I am quite disappointed. That is a bit of money to be just ended over a 2-foot bump.

This is by far the best well made pedicure device I have ever stumbled to find by default, I have tried so many other devices over the years and they don’t hold up to their claims, if you have struggled over the years and embarrassed to go the pedi/mani spa because of the alligator callus build up from the bottom of your feet, search no more because the solution is Pedi Vac by Ped Egg. Most expensive one in the market makes a mess from the callus dust, uncomfortable to hold on to, uneven exfoliating but more importantly damage after one or two uses, this Pedi Vac is very comfortable to hold, even exfoliating, vacuums as the callus build up dust, speed levels…I will be buying more to give my friend and family…. And oh yes I am height 6.5feet weigh 336lbs, l am on my feet everyday6-8hrs , imagine the damage/punishment to the bottom of my feet…. Okay Stop reading and go get you a Pedi Vac or two… your feet will thank you later.

It works alright. I like that it is rechargeable, but I am not happy to have it sitting out on my desk to charge it. It is gentle on my feet, but almost too gentle. It is easy enough to use and not too expensive. Is it miraculous? No. The vacuum is weak and nearly useless. There is no receptacle for the waste so it just builds up and slows down the product and then the dust goes wherever it will. The charging port is a little difficult to connect to because it is set at an odd angle. The instructions are in very small print, so figuring out how to turn it on and off the first time was a hassle. FYI: press and hold the power button for a few seconds. LOL!

This is a great device, however, after about three months the charging port has fallen out of the device making it impossible to charge. I was thinking it was something I was doing wrong until we ordered another one and the same thing happened. I would like to get in contact with the seller to advise them of this defect. How do I do this?

My podiatrist recommended this product to me as I have an issue with both of my feet. I noticed a big difference with my callouses the first time I used it and have had continued improvement using the Pedi egg. I have had no pain. It is easy to clean. My only suggestion would be that the adapter to charge the egg after use be included with the egg as I could not plug it into the wall to recharge and had to purchase one. Didn't have a clue what I was looking for it is not the same as charging my phone. I wouldn't have minded the additional charge included with the price of the egg.

I had not gotten a pedi since last November and living in a very cold climate I wear socks all the time. My heels and feet were like sand paper, all rough and flaky. I used this on as soon as I received it, it did take time due to the condition of my feet but the end result was like baby skin. I really think it does a better job than when I have a professional pedicure done. It is very easy to use and yes you do need to follow the directions on holding it in the area for a few seconds. It has a usb cord and charges very fast, the two speeds are great also it has great sanding power. I highly recommend it and have told friends and family about it.
