As someone with ADHD I initially started drinking these as a no-brained nutritious breakfast for busy mornings. I found that the extra protein gives a great boost to my morning meds and coffee! They’re also handy when I have a busy work day and don’t have time for a proper lunch break.As far as flavor— it’s better than most. The chocolate is great — it doesn’t taste too sweet or fake. I like that the ingredients provide balanced nutritional value. I quickly added these to my monthly subscriber and save order so I always have some around.

I personally don't mind the flavor. Chocolate is the only one I like, though. These drinks fill me up! I drink them 5 days a week in the morning before work since I don't really like to eat when I wake up. This works for me due to liking the taste, the nutritional benefits, and the fact that it's vegan because I am!

Don't drink this warm or at room temperature. Best when chilled. It works as a good meal replacement. Felt full and didn't smack. Better than typical protein shakes, since this adds vitamins and minerals. It's pricey, but good to keep a few in the fridge for when you don't have time to eat. Yes, it's the consistency of waterly pancake batter. It was designed by tech-bros. It's function over taste.

I drink/buy many different protein/MR ready-to-drink products, most days 2 shakes are breakfast and lunch. I've been happy with 100% plant-based, eco-responsible options before. For me this is a 3*, but this is subjective and I want to explain:- this product outshines the market in calories per serving (with higher calories = better), macronutrient content (though I could use a little more lipids), vita/mineral content, etc. Commendable- same with sourcing. plant based, organic, etc etc. For 70% of us in the US market, it matters to at least some extent. And increasingly amongst the population when we consider the health benefits of (sometimes coincidentally) ethically sourced and plant based products- negative is the TASTE. I understand it's not fairlife chocolate milk - this is a MR shake, not an indulgence. But immediately my brain registered "Wieder-brand supplements from the late 80s to early 90s". strangeness to flavor and texture I simply can't describe to say, yes, chalky for sure. but that is super reductive because there are nuances to the very drinking of this which make the event vaguely and mildly uncomfortable/unenjoyableproduct content: top notchproduct enjoyment/flavor: not terrible, but not something I will rush to re-experience

I drink Soylent pretty regularly as a quick meal replacement during busy work days so I thought I would try this version since I usually like plant protein in other shakes but as soon as I tried it I immediately spit it out. It has a thick, oily texture that made me nauseous. I had my coworkers try it too just to determine if I was particularly sensitive but out of five people we were all grossed out by the mouth feel of it. I usually love Soylent but would never recommend this version. Don’t recommend, plus if you don’t like it like me then you are out about +$30 because they don’t do refunds or replacements. Just go for their original recipe.
