Solid. But not what they used to be
These molded cases used to feel insanely sturdy. Not so much anymore. Will it keep my guitar safe? Sure. Would I trust it enough to fly with it? Probably not. Decent enough for the money to use at home and carting around town. But if you wanna fly with it I'd suggest something more rugged. You can't trust this to survive an airport anymore. Even the padding inside doesn't feel as thick anymore. I've had several of these over 20 years and this is probably the last one I will buy. - 1 star Also the latches are annoyingly clacky and finicky as they don't line up quite right. - 1 star
