This has been one of our "go-to s" when it comes to egg replacement. We will still occasionally use actual eggs; however, this has become something that we use now often than not..... Whether it's baking or making pancakes, it's been very useful. Apologies for the slightly blurry picture as I don't have the most steady hand. Appreciate the brand (Bob's red mill) quite a bit, so it was awesome to see that they make such items.

CLARIFICATION of Previous Review: I ordered 8, but only received 5. I realized a clarification was needed because I absolutely love these “eggs.” I have at least 10 packs already and decided to order more amid the current global situation. Not receiving the 3 packs did not warrant a negative rating because the eggs are really good. I have fresh eggs water glassed but only use them when these eggs can’t be used, because I prefer the taste of my powdered eggs.
