Advanced Coaching Practice: Inspiring Change in Others

A somewhat lean book for the price, but the most annoying thing is that it was impossible to access the online videos as the book doesn't have a code printed inside. I contacted the publisher, but they took nearly 3 weeks to respond to me despite sending several emails which was a very frustrating experience and meant that I couldn't watch the videos alongside my reading of the book. I now have access to the videos but this process took far too long.

Book in great condition and looks as if its going to be great. However it appears there was meant to be a card with an access code included which wasn't in the package. To be honest not and ideal way of doing this as always a chance that the two items could be separated. As there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting the provider to report this looks as if I'm going to have to return the book to get the card! Sigh!
