This phone grip won't work with silicone, leather, or other textured cases. I bought what I thought was a "smooth" non textured case, but it arrived with a rigid design, creating a texture this grip won't work with. This is my own error. I've used these in the past and love them! This one seems to be effective, just not with the case I have. Keep in mind that these are much smaller than normal popsockets. Their functionality is quite different since they don't have the ability to lay flat when not in use, meaning they're always extended! Mine arrived intact and looks identical to the photo displayed. I bought the silver glitter option and it's very pretty. The glitter isn't rough and is coated nicely! I consider these an excellent option for someone who doesn't want to ruin their case with adhesives! When paired with the correct case, they suction very well and offer great stability/support. Though it's smaller in both appearance and at the base where it's held, it's not uncomfortable to use. It's worth a try at the price and especially for anyone that doesn't utilize or have Magsafe as an option. Lastly, there's a clear, round sticker that is in the packaging. It's NOT trash. You can use this sticker to attach to your case that is textured if you dont mind the adhesive 😁

Love the look and feel of the knob for the çell phone. It is my fault with the 'sticky' situation. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G and it is big. I have small hands with tiny fingers. Plus I have a Unicorn Beetle case for it. All this adds up to a recipe for disaster. I thought this would solve my issues and for the most part, with the use of the sticky, clear disk... it works! But it only sticks for so long before I am crawling around looking for it. If you know the case, it has an easel flip-out thing on the back which the clear disk goes a long way to alleviate that problem. It just doesn't stick for very long. The easel has sharp edges and you can't hold the phone by it. I love the look and flashiness of the sparkles in the top of the knob. It has a sort of rainbow swath across it. Sort of looks like a whole lot of translucent glitter under plexiglass and really helps me hold onto the phone... When it sticks. When I figure out the sticky situation, I'll let you know! I am torn between trying hot glue or super glue. Oh why can't someone invent a case with a pop out, telescoping knob for holding? And if someone reads this and creates one, I want credit (and one of the cases!)

Edit: Originally I said it wasn't super reliable because I had been using it and it came unstuck several times. Since then I haven't had it come unstuck at all (unless I was moving it myself) so I'm pretty confident that it was user error on my part. I think what was happening was I put it too far away from the edge so when I was holding my kindle, my hand was "pulling" it and unsealing the suction cup. After moving it around to a different spot I had much better results and it sat really comfortably in my hand. So I definitely recommend this for someone who frequently takes off their pop grip/pop socket on their phone/tablet/whatever. Only downside is if you don't need to use it, you have to take it completely off instead of just popping it down like a pop socket. So just depends on your needs. Original review: I got this to use on my new kindle because I previously had a popsocket and it worked great but I wanted to be able to easily move it around wherever I wanted or take it off. I'm not sure if it was just the case I was using (which was a clear plastic case, not textured) or how I was holding it in my hand when I read, but the suction cup came unstuck a couple times over the few days I've had it on. which resulted in almost hitting myself in the face with my kindle multiple times. It's weird because it seems really secure initially but when I actually sit down and read with it on it ends up unsticking, so it could just be the way it's being held or user error, Idk. It's very cute though, and I expected it to feel like a glitter texture from the pictures but it's completely smooth which I like. I may try it out on something else eventually, just didn't work for what I needed it for.

It truly is mini, but works for my kindle. It does lose suction after a while and constantly falls off which is annoying

I bought this in 2022 and 5 years later, it's still going strong. It's got great suction that stays put where you stick it and comes off easily when you need it to if you gently lift one of the edges. After a few years of constant use, the suction cup became flat and wouldn't stick as well BUT that was easily fixed by submerging in hot water for a few seconds and it bounced back to its original cup shape and is sticking like a champ again. This can't be beat for the money, it's an absolute steal. It's also very comfortable on my hands/fingers, greatly reducing fatigue when I'm holding my phone for extended periods of time or while typing. I have small hands but there's a lot of space between the button and the suction cup, that large hands would likely also fit comfortably. And depending on where you place it (center of phone), it doubles as a kickstand to prop your phone up on a table if you want to watch videos on it. I honestly can't find any cons for this product and highly recommend it!!

It was easy to install on my phone and so far so good❤️ Update: it fell off lol and won't keep a good hold on the phone case. Was still good for the time being tho.

It’s very cute but….. suction is very weak. I don’t know maybe it’s my case or the item is defective. Have to return.

It works for my kindle. But it does not collapse so it wouldn't work for a phone popsocket if you plan on putting your phone in your back pocket. It sticks out a good inch from the back. But it sticks fine so far and I like that you can move the grip

I bought a different color a while back and I loved it so much, I bought 2 more colors. I like to charge my phone wirelessly so this it good to remove from the phone and case without leaving a messy residue. To make it restick, I am a little bit of rubbing alcohol to reset it. Pretty, true to photo.
