Could it for clothes self inking stamp?

No . It is a water based ink not suitable for fabric.

Is it safe to use on egg shells?

No.... this not food quality. If you are using just the shells you would find it hard to apply without running.

In what sense. I use it for a stamp in my classroom, so I use it on paper utilizing a rubber stamp. No issues so far.

Is it washable if it gets on kids hands? Is it kid friendly?

No. It stains similar to a permanent marker. It eventually wears off.
