Still A Wonderful Product
These pads were purchased to be placed on top of my bedspread to protect my bed from an aging dog who sleeps on it. They have been a lifesaver. They go into the washer and drier every morning and then are taken out and put right back on the bed. I have been using them for a couple of months now and they are still in excellent shape in spite of daily washing. I also wash them at medium temperature and dry them at hot. In spite of the warnings, they take this just fine. The cotton has shrunk at a slightly greater rate than the waterproof layer but that's not a problem. I highly recommend this product and will buy them again if/when needed. If I could give these pads a ten star review I would. The dog for whom they were originally purchased passed away. The pads were put on the shelf in the closet. Now almost two years later, they are back in daily use protecting the carpet in my bedroom from accidents of another old and much larger dog. They continue to shine through washing after washing. Excellent product. And once again, I have to say that these pads are the best. Still the same four pads and many years later, they were pulled out of storage for yet another dog who was having temporary issues. Once again, they saved my bed and once again, they have come through washing and drying in excellent condition. I can't say enough good things about them.

Cheaper than disposable!
I have four of these for my small children's beds in case they have accidents. I recently purchased this one for my mother-in-law who is elderly and having trouble getting up from a chair and walking quickly to the restroom. These pads are wonderful and absorb so much liquid. They wash up really nice and I have had the original 4 for about 3 years now and they still look brand new. Well except for the fingernail polish my daughter spilled on one. The great thing is it saved the sheets from nail polish too! Worth the money to keep from having to buy disposable all the time and so much nicer and more comfortable than disposable pads. Some people say they make you sweat because of the lining, but my children never seem to have that problem and all but their heads lay on these pads.

Great to use as puppy pads!
As the owner of a new puppy; I was using those disposable puppy pads. She would just tear them up,which was messy and expensive. I was using the large ones, but even though she's just a little 6lb.puppy she still managed to miss the pad even during those rare moments when it was still intact. So, I started to look for fabric, washable whelping pads...very expensive. These bed pads were the perfect solution. Nice quality, they don't leak, and they wash up beautifully with bleach. They are a nice big size, and she has not attempted to destroy them. For this great price,I got a bunch so her area is always clean. Very, very pleased! Also like that I'm not filling landfills with those disposable, plastic backed puppy pads!

Excellent, wide enough to fully span a twin size ...
Excellent, wide enough to fully span a twin size bed. And saves a caretaker from having to change the sheets daily. Just throw one in the wash and put another one on the bed and your good to go. Absorbs very nicely, one side is quilted, it could be just a little bit softer then I would give it 5 stars. But no complaints, soft enough and it's very good quality, made in USA and washes well. I'm buying another set so we have 4 to rotate.

Very durable. Washes very well. Contains wetness very well.
Initially, I felt these were expensive. BUT, they truly are worth it. I'm finding these to be VERY durable. They absorb a lot of liquid and keep it from the floor (in my case). I'm using the 80 inch one for my elderly dog's bedding as she lives out her days and she really needs this. It works very well for those needs, so far they are taking washes very well. I happily bought a 2nd one. And pondering two more as she is declining and she accidently lets it go in her sleep more and more. I really love these, they have made life a lot easier. And they are well made enough to keep for the next I suppose. Obviously, I would not hesitate to but them again, and probably will be.

Great Quality
Bought for mother when she was bed ridden. Same quality as the ones in the hospital. Have since used for myself when experiencing night incontinence due to medications. It is helpful when granddaughter spends the night. Really save the mattress without having to use a plastic cover. Now using as a puppy pad for my older dog.

Wonderful full mattress protection.
We have an older adult in the house with major health issues, including continence issues related to certain medications. I saw this pad and purchased it to provide an additional layer of protection after we upgraded from the cheap mattress that came with the hospital bed to a memory foam mattress (also purchased on Amazon.) My usual setup on the hospital bed is as follows: waterproof zip on mattress cover. Waterproof terrycloth topped mattress pad. Jersey hospital bottom sheet. Another waterproof terrycloth mattress pad. THIS full length quilted waterproof bed pad, a fitted bed sheet, a SMALLER waterproof quilted pad (35x48?). Sometimes I fold an additional flat sheet to put over this last waterproof quilted pad to provide a cotton layer that seems to make the bed more comfortable/cooler for my husband. I know the set-up may SOUND ridiculous, but it was demonstrated to me by my first hired caregiver. When we have had several continence accidents in a single overnight, if I'm lucky I can roll off the top quilted pad and replace it. If not, and more often that not he pulls off that top pad in the course of dreaming/hallucinating so it offers no protection. but THIS pad, underneath the fitted sheet, usually protects the bed. I can remove the fitted sheet and this pad and the waterproof mattress pad is still clean and dry. If it is damp too, I can peel off this mattress pad and I still have a fitted sheet/mattress pad beneath that to hopefully get us through the rest of the night. This pad has been laundered several times a week since I received it, and it washes well, dries quickly, and folds flat, ready to use again. I am very pleased with it. I would definitely purchase one again.

Puppy approved- well constructed, confortable layer of protection
I recently adopted a sweetheart of a dog during the Clear The Shelters event. He is simply wonderful except not exactly housebroken. We bought this blanket to place on the bed in case he has sn "accident". It is very well-made and the perfect combination of softness on one side and firm protection on the reverse. It is also generously sized. I threw it in the washer when it first arrived to remove any product smell (I didn't detect anything but dogs have supersonic snouts). So far its working out in a rather unexpected way - the moment we put it on the bed the dog fell in love with it and now its his go-to blankie. But I don't mind. Having that extra layer of protection that encourages him to be around it is the perfect starting point.

... stars then also it is Less to express how terrible this product is
If I could give it zero stars then also it is Less to express how terrible this product is. Each and every promise made to describe this product on the website are complete lies. This product has no pros only cons: 1. The upper surface is quite rough n not soft at all. 2. I checked the product pouring a cup of water on it and the surface absorbed the water taking quite a long time and spreaded it to a large part of the mat. When I touched the upper surface not only it felt damp cold and wet but water oozed out to my fingers as i pressed it a little. The surface didnt get dry absorbing liquid while keeping the skin dry. Even after hours it oozed out water with a little press with fingers. Just imagine your loving one is lying on it the whole night and what will happen to their health and skin once the mat gets wet. 3. The underneath bedsheet also become damp and cold once the mat gets wet. When contacted and complained ,the seller didn't accept that their product is flawful and simply denied to return and refund. Feeling like cheated majorly as I got trapped with their false assurances and now repenting that I spent such a big amount on such a worthless product. Amazon should take care on this issue on selling such health products in their ranges and save caregivers like me from being cheated so pathetically.

It absorbs nicely. It also washes away nicely in my top ...
It's worth your hard earned money. My kid 4.5 years old and is still bed wetting. I bought it by Dec 2017. It absorbs nicely. It also washes away nicely in my top load washing machine as well. I had to wash and dry it daily, almost a year now and the product is still good and no leakage. No smell after washing with normal detergent only. Top layer is white cotton cloth (thick), Its comfortable for me to lie on top, but my kid only uses it every night and he doesnt know to tell whether its comfortable for him or not. If i would have known it earlier, i could have saved the huge pile of money i spent on diapers till he was 4 years old. I bought both 34x36 and 35x80. Both does its job. But 35x80 (single bedsheet size in India) is bit tough to handle and dump in my washing machine. But you need this one to use for infants, as they would pee a lot in the night and you can just move them from wet area and roll the wet area till morning, without sacrificing their sleep. I would confidently recommend this to anyone and buy more as well even for gifting for newborns in my family.
