This is great if your dog is an aggressive chewer. There is still fluff and squeakers inside so I removed them as soon as my dog made a hole in it. But it holds together much better than other 'soft' toys.

The kong knots collection is my dogs personal favorite and carries around with her all day.They do rip apart quite easy so keep a watch on plastic squeakers coming out but the rope inside lasts well.

My 4 month old German Shepherd puppy enjoys this very much. He had the smaller ones when he was a tiny puppy but this is the right size for him. He quickly chewed the ears off, which I anticipated. I like that there is no tail to chew off. Now he can just chew on the rope parts. He hasn't destroyed after 1 week.

If you have a heavy chewer/obliterator, it's going to come apart. It is what it is, that's our reality unfortunately. But good news is there is hardly any stuffing. Maybe enough to stop up a chihuahua but only enough to add some fiber to any dog's over 40lbs diet. My dog freaking loves these toys. I basically buy them in bulk and if I thought they would harm her, I wouldn't keep buying it. With that said, be smart. Take the toy when it's compromised and throw it away, also supervise your dog. Ya know, basic dog parenting.

My dog (cross bear dog) loves chewing it. He carries it everywhere in the house. The ears didn't last long, but the rest it ok thanks to the cord. Fabric has almost gone now, but I bought it few months ago, so fair enough. Would recommend it for chewers dogs
