I bought this VW 32-inch TV for my bedroom and honestly, it’s totally worth the price. Picture quality is clear for HD Ready, colors look nice, and streaming apps like YouTube and Prime Video run smoothly. Sound is louder than I expected for a small TV. Installation was also quick. Perfect choice if you want a smart TV under budget.

I am writing this review after dealing with nearly 20 days of frustration, zero accountability, and what can only be described as borderline fraudulent customer service. I purchased the VW 32-inch Frameless Series HD Ready LED TV (Model VW32A), and the unit completely stopped working on 25th October. Since then, the TV has been nothing but dead weight in my home. 1. Pathetic After-Sales Support From the moment the TV stopped functioning, I have been continuously requesting a technician visit, but both technicians assigned to me did nothing except: Ask me for details again and again on WhatsApp, Not show up at all, and Completely ignore my calls afterward. It is now 14th November, almost 20 days, and not a single technician has bothered to visit. This is the worst support experience I have ever had with any electronic product. 2. Blinking Red Light & Complete Failure The TV shows nothing except a blinking red light and does not turn on. There is no troubleshooting, no follow-up, and no resolution from the company. 3. Independent Technician’s Shocking Assessment Out of desperation, I hired a certified Urban Company technician, and what he discovered is alarming: The motherboard is of extremely cheap quality, Components are shorting internally, The entire unit is built with inferior, low-grade parts, and He specifically said “This TV should not be sold to anyone.” This clearly shows that the manufacturer is cutting corners and selling substandard, unsafe, and unreliable hardware. 4. Almost Scam-Like Experience Between the no-show technicians, the ignored calls, and a product that fails within months due to pathetically low-quality components, this entire experience feels like a scam. There is no accountability, no customer care, and no intention to solve the problem. 5. Final Verdict Do NOT buy this TV. Do NOT trust the service support. Do NOT expect any quality. This has been an absolutely pathetic, stressful, and unacceptable experience. I strongly regret buying this product, and I am now left with a broken TV, zero support, and the feeling of being cheated.

However, the biggest drawback of this model is that it runs on a Cloud OS, not the widely used Android OS. This means you can only install apps from the built-in store, and there is no access to the Google Play Store for downloading the full variety of apps found on other smart TVs. Because of this, you might find certain popular apps unavailable, which can be a significant limitation. Additionally, the TV sometimes hangs or becomes slow, especially when multitasking or after prolonged use. If you are looking for a smooth, full-featured smart TV experience similar to genuine Android TVs, this limitation can be a dealbreaker. But if your primary needs are solid display and sound at a low price, it's still a worthwhile choice for basic usage

This Frameless Series is a non smart TV. It works perfectly with my Amazon FireTV stick, so should work without issue for set-top boxes of like JioTV+ and Airtel Extreme TV. This should be actually sold separately and not along with Edgeless Series (which are Smart TV/Android TV). So if you don't have set-top box or FireTV stick then you should opt for Smart TV series.
