I purchased this as a birthday present believing it was a new item. Only when I got to Dubai with it did my mate open it to find that it had previously been used. There was old pasta residue on the inside of it. Not impressed! Even the user manual had a good stain on the second page... With a quick cleanup it was fine and not worth me bringing it all the way back to the UK as getting him another one would have been difficult. But come on guys - I expect better...

This machine is not only useful but also a delight to look at it's copper finish makes it very attractive. I have only used it once but I was able to make some lovely noodles. One very small niggle, the method of fixing it to the worktop allows for only one way ( had to wor aroud it as my worktop was not oriented in a suitable way to use the machine correctly. If the design were such that it could be fixed from either side it would have been so much easier.

This machine looks good, but came with bits not fitted and loose in the box. It was poorly packed and although I have been able to put it together, it’s not what you expect for such an expensive machine. The cover to the end of the size dial does not fit and keeps falling off. Generally poor quality, I wish I had bought a cheaper machine and wouldn’t feel so ripped off.

I bought this machine more in hope than expectation. I wouldn't consider myself much more than a dabbler in things culinary. I fancied the idea of making my own pasta but wasn't sure if I'd be able to. I did a little bit of research on pasta doughs and picked up some tips about keeping the dough away from the air etc. Armed with this knowledge off I went to make pasta. What a brilliant success :). The best part was the way the kids joined in. Feeding the pasta through the rollers would have been a bit finicky without the aid of my daughter who cranked the handle. If you are making pasta on your own consider buying the additional motor to drive the machine. The machine looks great, functioned perfectly and was well built. We had great fun making and eating our own pasta.

Product arrived very quickly. Firstly I was surprised by how well made this pasta machine is. It's feels very sturdy and we'll put together. It's very easy to use, for beginners like us it only took a few tries to make very good pasta. Fresh pasta is so tasty compared to the dry pasta. Overall I would recommend this pasta machine. Much better to spend a few extra pounds buying a well made machine like this one, than buying a cheap one. If you like pasta you won't be disappointed.
