B&P Lamp11.5 Inch Lampshade Diffuser

My ceiling like diffuser needed replaced. This one was a perfect fit and now the light looks good as new

Really pleased with this purchase. Diffusers work exactly as I had hoped. I have slip uno drum shades, and was worried that the diffusers would not be stable without adding harp adapters. But I used simple bulb clips and added some lucite finials and they are quite stable, not wobbly at all, sitting on larger 3 way LED 2700 K bulbs. My lamps now look lovely sitting on my somewhat-low-credenza, without the glaring bulbs in our eyes every time we walk by them. Super fast shipping, excellent pricing. Also I didn't experience any bad issues with taking the protective paper off the surfaces before using them. It took me about 15 minutes to remove all of it, paper came off in big pieces. Honestly prefer needing to take the time to remove the paper protection - rather than them arriving scratched! Would definitely buy again.

In not sure which reviewer said the adhesion is easy to get off by pulling a sticker! Mine had no sticker and I've now had it soaking in not water over an hour. I might like the product of the paper EVER comes off!

This fit just as I needed it to to the bottom of a shade for a ceiling-hung lamp. We had to use a harp and a ball to attach it, but those are easy and inexpensive to find at any home improvement store. It filters the light so that it is not harsh, yet plenty of light still comes through. As recommended, I got one that was a little smaller than the lamp opening to let heat out. It comes with a protective covering that was a bit difficult to get off. Well, it was for me but my neighbor with longer fingernails had no problem peeling it right off!

Fantastic, just as described. To easily remove the paper: On the disk, there is a sticker that says "if you remove the protective paper, you can't return." Take that sticker off (it's easy) and press it firmly anywhere at the edge of the circle -- the sticker will lift the paper up a bit, and from there it's easy peasy.

I bought this for a floor lamp that is positioned over a chair. When I looked up I would be blinded by the bulb, so I wanted to install this at the base of the shade. My lamp has an Uno base, which has a much wider hole than usual, but my husband was able to saw a bigger opening with a coping saw. What a difference! This diffuser lets plenty of light through, and there's no more ugly bulb! I could see buying these for all the other lamps in my home.

I purchased two bedside lamps but found that when standing beside the lamps, the drum lampshades gave no protection from the glare of the bulbs. These plastic translucent diffusers did the trick, protecting eyes from the harsh glaring light bulbs. Measure carefully and follow the manufacturer's suggestions. I purchased one set but returned them because they were too small, allowing too much space around the diffuser, making them look cheap and skimpy. With the right size diffuser, the inexpensive lamps look polished and give a classic look to the lamps.

I was in the lighting business for decades and used to purchase from B&P wholesale, I know their products well. The diffuser they sent was much thinner than previous ones I had purchased, only 2mm thick instead of the advertised .3inches (7.62mm). Returned and purchased something else. I’m hoping it was just a mistake because this thickness is not passable. They’re super floppy and warped.
