The Bad Guys:Episodes 1 and 2

Having struggled to get a book to read with my reluctant 7yo to read this has been great. Now has asked me for the next book in the series. The text is ok for my 7yo to read most of the words and the lovely drawings help them to keep engaged with reading.

My Suggestion,It costs fairly cheap then buying of 2 books each price,,

Absolutely brilliant books. My 7 year old is a massively reluctant reader. Getting him to agree to even look at a book, let alone read it, is a real challenge, and over the years I’ve realised they have to feature “boy” characters, be very engaging very quickly, and genuinely funny. These fit the bill 100%. We read 1 and 2 last night (we got to the end of 1 and he demanded we carry on with 2 as well, which is something of a miracle!) and he laughed his head off all the way through in that amazing way only little kids can. I enjoyed them too, and it was a lovely hour spent together. I’ve ordered the next 4 books and we’re both looking forward to them.
