3 years later review: Freezer is described as "No Frost" or "Frost Free" but the amount of frost and ice it accumulated was ridiculously high, to the point where the drawer door/cover would not open. I have to manually defrost it by keeping it off for a day which is very inconvenient. the temps would go up suddenly to a point where it would practically be fridge instead of a freezer and with no way for me know unless I manually check. This is a major health hazard. I thought about getting a temp sensor to send me a notification if the temps are off but its too expensive. 2 years down the line I called the service center to fix a leak and a year later I called them again for the same issue. Basically this item did not serve its intended purpose.
