excellent product helps with vaginal dryness improves skin and hair i love it because its one of the few mirifica available in low dose and in pill form which can easily be cut if a smaller dose is desired for very old women which my mom does i wish they would eliminate the added vitamins i already take a multi vitamin and the last thing i need is more B complex,overall mirifica works better than pharmaceutical estrogens and has more cosmetic perks. I have tried every brand of Mirifica out there totally obsessed with this stuff and the Solgar brand seems tobe the most superior, it puts out more skin and hair moisturing benefit and the price is very low compared to other brands.

Las tabletas son muy grandes, difíciles de tragar, me gustaría en cápsulas y sin las vitaminas. Nunca escribo reseñas, pero hoy lo amerita. Tomé de otra marca con dosis 500 mg, demasiado para mi cuerpo, me quitó los sofocos completamente en dos días pero me dolían los senos, así que busqué la marca de Solgar y la dosis está en 80 mg, ahora está tardando en quitarme los sofocos, esperaré un poco más. Pero no sé si las volveré a comprar por el tamaño de la tableta.

I started this product with the recommendation of Dr. Christianne Northrup in her book The Wisdom of Menopause and I'm so glad that I did. I've been taking this tablet for about 4mos now and most of my hot flashes have subsided. They were getting more frequent and interfering with my sleep after taking this for a month I saw a reduction in them and was sleeping better. Now I'd say I might have one or two a day if that and there just a warm sensation, sometimes I'm not sure if it's a true hot flash or that it's just hot! I would highly recommend this product for anyone to try.

I bought it for the hot flashes I was experiencing. Although I saw a minimal reduction, any reduction was better than none! However I have only been using it for three weeks, perhaps I need to stay on it longer...?

It also helps with the prevention of bone loss and may help keep arteries more flexible. The only thing I have noticed is: The directions say to take one in the morning and one in the evening. I take my second tablet in the mid afternoon as it seems to boost energy. This herb is used a lot in Chinese medicine by men and women and studies claim health benefits way into old age.

I normally like Solgar, they have very high quality supplements. However, these tablets have a chalk like texture and are round, which makes them get stuck in my throat. I took them 3 times, and each time the tablet got stuck, and no amount of water would help it go down. I kept drinking and drinking water and it didn't go down. I just had to wait in pain for 30 minutes until it dissolved on it's own. What a shame! I take probably 10 pills per day in various vitamins and herbs and all those go down easy. If they just changed the shape it may help.
