Ordered a pair in sizes 13 and 14. The 14s arrived in perfect new condition, but these 13s have clearly been previously worn. They arrived with no paper inside (as you would find with the new ones), no labels, with the laces tied and with marks underneath showing they have been worn outdoors. They haven't just been tried on for 5 mins - the lining on the inside has peeled away on the heel of both shoes. See pictures attached.Update: Upon recieving the replacement 13s, this time brand new, I wore them for 3 hrs one afternoon. When I got home, the heels were peeling on the inside just like the 2nd hand pair I'd received!Turns out the person before me probably hadn't worn theirs very long before returning them, which I will be doing too with this pair.

Right off the bat, these shoes didn’t fit, You need a size above (at least). While trying on the second pair, my Border collie ran past getting a little mud on them (Literally while trying on the second pair). This is where the trouble begins. I have tried EVERYTHING to get the stain out, nothing had worked. But what’s worse is that the glue from the shoes have seeped while washing them, leaving a yellow, cigarette stain colour all around the front of the shoes, both Pairs have changed colour! after washing them, the shoes have warped to an odd shape, they were boxy and weren’t particularly comfortable to begin with. Now they are weird. So, these shoes can’t be worn in even slightly wet weather, as they stain, they can’t be cleaned because they warp shape and the glue or whatever it is seeps, leaving more stains, and aren’t comfortable. I want to add that the laces were also very poor quality. All this and I hadn’t even worn the shoes more than five minutes! I’m actually genuinely questioning If these are legit (Because no one else seems to have these issues). I’d like to hear from the seller. Save your money, buy some other shoes.

Uncomfortable on the heel. These white canvas vans have a stitched seam on the cushioning at the back of the heel which makes it stiff and really uncomfortable if you’re wearing short/ no socks.it’s strange as the same shoes in other colours don’t seem to have the seam on the heel. Don’t expect to have to break in trainers so disappointed.

The shoes look real nice and fit well the only problem is the heel has this spiked shape and the hard spike at the back digs into the back of your heel when you bend your ankle down. Not sure who thought of that one, I wouldn't advise getting these due to this, bit of a design flaw.After wearing them for a couple hours and walking around my heel was cut and has been hurting me for a few days now.

When I first wore it the back was so prickly and uncomfortable that my ankle bled. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because it was totally brand new so i wore it for a couple more weeks. The back of the shoe is STILL prickley and I have to wear band aids everytime I put it on to compensate for the pain. Do not buy
