Good book
It is a good book for the price on Amazon. Some of the answers don't have full explanations but some do - but not a great issue as you can look things up easily if you don't have the reference textbook. The questions are of a realistic difficulty for the exam which is important and this book is definitely one to buy.

Questions are reasonable. Explanation pointed you towards a particular edition of G&A, which isn't very useful. Most other publications available on the market fare better than this. Only positive - if you run out of questions to practice and know your facts very well, this add on to your bulk of questions. Not impressed overall.

Good book
Very limited explanation is the major drawback. However in march 2012 some of the questions asked were directly taken from this book.

OK but only if you have G&A
As the book title states this is a companion to G&A seen by many as the bible in learning radiology. Although it is excellently referenced, authors more often or not are leaving the answer section blank (i.e. with just the correct answer and reference but no explanation). You would have to look it up in the G&A yourself. This is fine, but it can't hurt to put a couple of lines in the explanation to save you the hassle of looking up things which can be extremely time consuming and time is precious when you are revising for the exam and you just want to get through as many questions as possible! For this reason, I have given this book a 2-star.This book is OK if:1) you have G&A text by your side.2) if you have the time to look things up.
