Never have been a believer in the oils, but a co-worker had me try this during my monthly girlie time......amazing!! Takes my stress from over the top to almost none. I was told this would help with hot flashes. Honestly, I did not experience any difference and the scent if VERY STRONG, definitely smells herbal.
