Not sure what I received but it’s definitely not the same mascara I’ve been buying for years. It’s sludge and impossible to use. There is no way this is Clinique mascara.

I have used Clinique High Impact Mascara for several years and now with the pandemic, it is easier to purchase online. Unfortunately not all things are what they seem. This mascara clumps and the brush was falling apart from the moment I opened it. the High Impact Mascara I have used in the past is sutble yet thickening and looks very natural. I will not purchase this on line unless it is from the Clinique website directly. Too much to pay for fake Clinque mascara!

I should have known better than to order mascara online. I have been using this mascara for over a decade but purchasing it at Macy's.. this bottle I got is either old mascara or is not clinique, it clumps on my lashes so bad from the first application and does not provide the lengthening and volume that I know the high impact mascara normally gives me. Don't waste your time, go to Macys, ULTA or Sephora and buy it there.

Although I wish the brush was smaller, this is the best mascara I've bought. It makes my lashes look natural despite their chaotic, fine structure. The mascara is not too wet otherwise my fine lashes would clump. But in my opinion, the brush is too big...I contacted Clinique and asked them to make a smaller brush, but who knows if they will. The mascara defines every lash without clumping which is exactly what I needed. I tried several mascaras, including Bare Minerals Lash Domination which does have a smaller brush, but none were as good as Clinique. I tried the sampler combo with primer before purchase so knew I would like it.

I have very sensitive eyes so I have to be very careful which products I use otherwise my eyes itch like crazy. I don't want to buy just any mascara though. I want something that works just as good as all the other great mascaras. This is the only mascara that I can use without irritating my eyes and that looks just as good. The brush reaches all my lashes and applies the mascara evenly. It does a great job extending the length and making my lashes look thicker.

I have tried tons of mascara and have found this one works great for me for the most part. I have exceptionally short lashes but after 5 wiggly long strokes my lashes look great!!! I had eye lash extensions for 6 yrs so mine are crazy short. I will buy this again and recommend it! However.. I will say the only thing I don’t like is when you pull the mascara brush out there is nothing to keep a lot of excess mascara off the bristles. So you have to scrape excess off back into the tub.

I bought this while stores were closed so I couldn’t get it from a Clinique counter. It came in a typical Clinique and looks normal box but it is definitely not right. It is more like a waterproof mascara- doesn’t even come of with makeup remover. It has torn up my lashes. I recently bought another tube at a clinic counter to compare, thinking maybe I was crazy. Nope. I think this may be a scam.

This is the first time I ever purchased Clinique Mascara online from Amazon and it arrived unsealed out of the original box and when I opened it up and took out the wand the tube made a griddy sandy sound. In the trash can that went and a lesson learned to not by discounted cosmetics

My mascara arrived today..bit concerned as not in a normal Clinique box and not the box advertised when I ordered it ..not sure if this is a genuine product ...has anyone else had this experience..?????

Just like a few others mentioned I am concerned whether this product may be fake. It didn't arrive in the classic clinique flowery packaging. I wouldn't mind this much, but the mascara doesn't feel as light and comfortable to wear as I experienced before from a definitely original product. Also, it smudges easily, and doesn't last half a day in a dry, cold day, when wearing it only inside for work (in a lockdown), which I find the mostly disappointing. By the end of the day I have basically panda eyes therefore had to keep on checking my face from time to time to make sure I remain presentable. It feels like the texture of the product is different too, not of a high quality one. I wouldn't recommend and I won't buy this product from this seller definitely ever again.

It is the second time I ordered this mascara unfortunately this time round the product delivered did not meat my expectations - very clammy...not waterproof but very difficult to wash off...also the type of brush is different than normally and different than on product description. Will not be ordering again. Picture of the new type of brush attached.

Compared to other mascaras I have tried I don't think it is high impact; I think it is fairly subtle. I have a couple of issues with it: it stays wet for a long time after applying and so smudges very easily and it doesn't hold a curl at all; in fact my lashes are unusually straight when I use it. On the positive side, it doesn't make my eyes sore or bloodshot, which is good.

Really poor product. Firstly, it comes off during normal wear, leaving you with panda eyes. Second problem is there is barely anything in the product so it takes many coats to see any difference. Thirdly, i don't have sensitive eyes, but this product really irritated them. Both my daughter and I agree that there are better, far cheaper mascaras out there eg. Rimmel. Would not recommend. Over priced.
