Rapala Original Floater 11 Fishing Lures

I have been using this lure for 50 years. It is a great classic that will catch a variety of fish. You can fish it on the surface or retrieve it under the surface. I usually start on the surface for a minute or so, then retrieve it underwater. I have caught a huge number of large mouth bass on this lure, and it is always exciting to see them hit on the surface. I have also caught snook in salt water on it. And I'm sure others as well. It is just a great lure, and my favorite color is god. I use the 11cm one, which is 11G.

What can I say? Original floating balsa wood Rapala is the overall best top water lure out there. I have taken literally 100's of bass with them. Shipped and received as advertised.

Got my last one of these from the River. It was a gift from a snag I hit, so after cleaning, and replacing the rusted out treble hooks, it performed quite well. Now I know why old schoolers always keep one or 2 close at ✋🏿 #bigup

I went to the post office today to pick up a different package and they told me that I had another package (this) so I picked it up too and headed out to the lake. After an hour, I caught 2 bass and a crappie, all of decent size. Took them home and they were the best fish I've ever eaten. The only problem is when the fish decide to try to eat as much of the "fish" as possible, getting all 3 of the hooks down their throats. It's hell trying to get them off, but other than that, it's a nice lure. EDIT: The second time I took this fishing, I got a snag and lost it. Oh well, guess I should be more careful next time. I'll probably buy a new one, but not at the moment as I'm content using worms.

This is an amazing lure, I have caught everything from Northern Pike to Walleye, Stripers, Yellow Perch and even Sunfish! I ordered these and was given a 10 day delivery window, the seller Departure Outdoors, actually shipped the same day as I ordered. I have been catching Northern Pike up here in the U.P. And they have been tearing up my tackle supply, happy this seller shipped so quickly as to not ruin my vacation!

Bass love these suckers, Rapalas are great here in the Everglades, if they do not hit these or worms they are not bitting. Work it baby!

My go-to lure in the BWCAW. On every trip, it catches Pike and also SM Bass. Have not caught a Walleye with it, but have been told that they will hit it. I just got back from BWCAW where I got a huge Pike. It really mangled the lure but I straightened the loop and continued fishing with it...catching more fish.
