Are these tights black light reflective/UV reactive

Not that I could tell but I didn’t wear them it that situation.

They don’t have a bow at the ankle- at least not the ones I ordered.

Does the neon blue color glow under a black light?

They are not designed to glow, but they do put off a slight reflective light when under black light.

I'm 5 11 and 270 pounds with thick thigh would they fit me?

YOU’D HAVE TO GET A SIZE THAT WOULD WORK. I’M VERY SLENDER 5’3 AND 103, SO THEY WOULDN’T FIT YOU.
