Is it 100% Ceylon Cinnamon?
I like to chew the Cinnamon sticks (bark) whole and found that some pieces were not Cinnamon at all. They were just plain bark, without any flavor of Cinnamon whatsoever. This has raised, in my mind, the question of whether or not those sticks that are Cinnamon are in fact 100% Ceylon Cinnamon or not, however.
