The weights are easy to add to the rods and screw into place. Unlike some of the comments I have seen in the reviews, once they are screwed in place they stay there. I am 80 and do not have very good hand strength but have no problems tightening them. The range of weights give good flexibility to to gradually build them up. I also noted that some reviews have failed to see that the total weight is 20 kg. The weights add up to 19kg and the two rods another 1 kg so up to two 10 kg dumbbells can be used. I hope I can get up to this level, currently at 5.5kg! Very reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Good quality weights worth the price not too heavy fairly lightweight which was good cause If I wanted to do heavy ones I'd go to they gym the clip that holds the weights in does come loose though so just gotta make sure it's tightly secured or your going to break your foot

If you need some weights then these are the ones you should consider. You have 4x 1.25kg, 1.5kg and 2kg so you can adjust the weight you have for your workouts quickly and in small increments. The grip is solid so you should have great forms in your workouts.

A handy range of weights

Absolutely brilliant!!! Made my Home workout so much easier and effective… the only downside is the caps are not tight enough.
