I have been suffering from quite bad cramps, which have stopped me from doing stuff. The heat function is really helpful! It heats up really quickly and takes the pain away pretty quickly. I would recommend if you are suffering from any pain.

I can't believe that I am almost 50 before finding this amazing little gadget. I have no underlying pain condition, but usually the 2nd day of my cycle was a whole day of severe pain that I could only alleviate with multiple hot baths, massage and if that wouldn't work eventually painkillers. I put the OVA device on as soon as my cycle started and played around with the settings for a bit. I would describe the sensation as a humming or tingling. I also managed to sleep with it on - just with a lower setting. The little (and it is little!) device comes with a holder that snaps onto your underpants easily. With vigorous activity it did come loose a couple of times. But just the fact that I was able to walk and move as much as I did was wonderful. I would say it lessened my pain from a 9/10 to a 1/10 and I did get used to the tickling sensation quite quickly. I used it pretty much continually for 2 days and the battery performed fabulously. My pain site is at the very bottom of my back and the pads stayed on perfectly during the duration.

Works very well for cramps, however it takes forever to charge and it doesn’t last very long before having to charge again. A little inconvenient for its purpose

Once opening the package we put it right on the charger. Once charged we put it on and tried to turn it on. The power button was broken and you have to mess with it to just get it to turn on. Once on the proxy was EXTREMELY loud.

I bought this machine to help with menstrual pain relief and I have used it twice so far its working OK. It most definitely need to be worn outside of clothing as per instructions as it does get very hot but it is comfortable enough to wear and it does provide some comfort and pain relief. However I was very disappointed with the massage function because it simply sounds and feels like an annoying vibrating mobile phone sound, it's not very strong and doesn't really do much and is quite noisy. We shall see how long it lasts but so far the heat function is okay but there are cheaper ones that don't have the massage function that I would have gone for if I had no known how terrible the massage function would be.
