This product is really worth the money. It’s got my hair dry quickly. The heating power gets absolutely hot, and you can adjust the heat if it gets too hot. I like that you can adjust the height to your comfort. It just works great. I don’t have to pay a lot of money at the salon. I feel like I have a salon in my house.

I’m a profesional hairstylist and I needed something likes this to travel with and to be practical. I was worried about the reviews and purchasing this machine. But it exceed my expectations. I do recommend to put a hair net before going under the machine. Like other reviews said, it does grab your little hairs and puts them up.

Literally go to goodwill and you'll find a better dryer than purchasing this! Aside from the legs breaking from underneath it while it's just standing there minding its business, its head only goes at a weird angle so you can't comfortably sit underneath it fully. Sure, the cool feature is wonderful but how are you supposed to use the product when it has a limp like a 1970's pimp?! Just turn around and go find something else, this is NOT worth the bother, trouble, bad customer service, lack of response, headache :( That's all!

I got this for professional use. And when assembling the base. One of the leg attachments broke at the connect joint. I had to rig the bottom so it would hold. Also the dryer is very clunky and surprisingly takes up a lot of space.On a good note, I like the timer and heat output.

I bought this so my wife's hairdresser could do her hair at the house, they both said it was an excellent choice

It worked very well except the nob for the height control ended up breaking and after a while the legs started snapping from the weight so I couldn’t us it anymore. Even tho it still had power coming to it.

I’ve had 2 of these dryers in 2 years. The second dryer was sent to me by the seller because I complained about how the hinge broke within 1 year of me having it. Now I’ve experienced the same problem with the second dryer. The hinge breaks. The dryer itself still works but it’s pointless to use once the front is off. I am a professional stylist in a salon suite and I need better equipment.
