Good size for lower back application. Heating pad retains heat for 30+ minutes. Thank you for including heating instructions tag on product because I have a tendency to add more time than necessary. Contents inside has a clean scent when heated. Who wants to smell like burned wood chips. Quality fabric and stitching—cotton print and a cozy flannel fleece side. Pad light and airy to the touch but has enough weight for application to back, shoulder, neck, stomach, etc.

This is a nice sized heating pad. It is large enough to target lower back and period cramp pain. It’s also small enough to travel with. It has a nice weight to it and heats up quickly. Very happy with this purchase!

Very pleased with this heat pad. It's a huge improvement over skinny gel pads. Every gel pad I've ever owned lost what little volume it had originally. Gel pads, in my experience, tend to heat unevenly, are prone to developing leaks when microwaved, are scalding hot when you take them out but then lose heat over just a few minutes. This heat pad is the exact opposite in all respects: it heats very evenly; it's a very comfortable temperature when you take it out, and yet its high thermal capacity means it keeps pumping heat out for a looong time. The fabric looks and feel very nice. Good size, too; I'm using it for a pulled muscle on my back. And it's made by a US small business at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

It does a good job at holding the heat. I bought it for my wisdom teeth removal surgery. It does hold the heat well. Unfortunately I thought the smell was unpleasant, my daughter thought it smelled fine. I got the unscented. I did have it directly on my face, I could not smell it otherwise. It seems well made and provided the relief I wanted.

My item just arrived today, and I'm very pleased with it. The blue, 18 by7 pad is pretty, and a great size. I ordered it without any herb infusion, so there is just a faint (pleasant) smell associated with the seeds inside the pad. I heated it up for 2 minutes and it feels great. I ike to sleep with a heating pad in the winter in addition to using one for upset stomach, cramps, etc. i think this is going to be great for both.

Purchased this for my mother to help relieve pain in her thigh and it is working for her. It's fairly new and she has been using it daily since it arrived. The pad holds the heat for a good amount of time. I just pop it into the microwave to reheat it when she needs it. Great purchase!

Heats really hot and smells great. Just too small.

My wife loves her heating pad. I bought it for her for menstrual cramps, muscle recovery from the gym, and neck tension seeing that she’s prone to headaches. The texture is great, it’s not lumpy at all so it feels good. It has two sides with different fabrics. One is cotton/sheet like and the other is softer like microfiber. It’s great because the cotton side permeates hotter where as the microfiber side while still hot, does not permeate as hot. So you can switch between or pick the one side you prefer. The whole pad is obviously the same temperature. It’s also great because it doesn’t have a strong, perfume smell. My wife is sensitive to scents. It does have a little bit of a nutty, very very mild smell. And you can only really tell when you sniff it. I think the size is good, although I also think if they could make it slightly larger, it would be fantastic. The perfect size to cover more area. I would say it retains heat fairly well. Not anything incredible. It will be hot for 15-30 min and progressively become warm and it will stay warm for quite a while. It’s great to use as heat therapy for sore muscles after working out. It’s great for neck tension and headaches. It’s also great for upper, lower back, cramps during that time of the month. It’s honestly overall become a staple. If you are someone who deals with this kind of pain or even if you’re just a woman who menstruates; get this heating pad. Worth every penny.
