Specifically states in instructions that this isn't for bluray, but probably saved me in the long run. Did more research and brush-style cleaning discs are highly likely to mess up a 4k player. There is apparently another style of disc that has small holes that create airflow and blow dust off of lens without ever touching it. That is your best bet if looking for a disc to clean a modern 4k uhd player. Ad doesn't appear to claim this works for bluray, so the fault here is mainly with amazon for making it a repeated top search result. It probably works fine for a cd player.

This is an excellent product and did a great job cleaning up my CD music on my Bose Wave machine. I dug out my old Bose wave machine that I had stored for years. The CDs were skipping and not playing correctly when I put it on. I got this Arvita CD Laser Lens Cleaner, at first is was saying Not Playable. I then put it back in and started changing the tracks with the remote and in minutes It changed the lens. Now the system sounds like it’s brand new.

I have a Bose Sound touch Radio with CD player that had not been used in probably 2 years. I recently set it up in my new home office and tried to play one of my favorite CD's. It played the first track for about 17 seconds then stopped working completely. I tried 2 other CD's and those would not play at all. I ordered this lens cleaner disc and it took care of all the problems. The CD player works perfectly and I was able to play all the CD's I had previously tried with no issues whatsoever. One note: The player did not work immediately after using the lens cleaner disc. However, it worked perfectly the next morning.

Works great - highly recommend. I used it on an old Bose Wave Radio/CD player because my CDs were no longer working. It took a few tries, but ultimately fixed my problem and for the price, well worth it! Now I will try it on the CD player in my car, fingers crossed.

The cleaner improved the player. But I suspect I need to replace it. No complaints, my players is putting a green tint to my disk. I can't fault the cleaner for that.

The lens error could not be rectified even after multiple cycles of use

I have an older dvd that's sound was distorted when I played it. I put this laser lense cleaner in and ran it as instructed. When it finished there was white powder like substance in the dvd player. I used the cloth that came with the cleaner to wipe it out. When I put the disk back in to play, the sound distortion was gone and it played beautifully! So glad I got this!! Highly recommend!!

Decidí darle una oportunidad al producto ignorando las malas reseñas y termine arrepintiendo me en grande. No solo no sirvió para su función, además, daño el láser del reproductor de CD y ahora no lee ningún CD, la peor compra ya que no puedo reclamar lo que me costará reparar mi reproductor o comprar uno nuevo.

The CD cleaner worked great. Listening to music distortion free

It’s a regular cd with 2 little eyelash brushes on it. I ran it for 30 minutes or so. I knew this because it has music on it. An eclectic variety of songs from classical to rap to mellow that lasted 30 minutes. Quite interesting. Did it work? Did it clean the lens? I just don’t know but I think so.
