02 330i will they fit ?

Yes, this spark plug is just about universal with the BMW family of car's, including the 5 and 7 series for this particular year. According to the amazon feature it states that it does fit. I've used them on my 2003 Z4. Have trust in amazon features and if they don't fit, amazon will gladly return them.
