The media could not be loaded. Awesome fit and finish. Even though I am not using the item for its intended purpose it is perfect for what I am using it for!

solid build quality but be warned because this DOES NOT fit all V-Mount batteries. Ironically it doesn’t even fit the SMALLRIG batteries lol

--UPDATE--Seller quickly followed up with me and was very good at helping me resolve the issues I had so I'm upgrading my review. They will hopefully work to include the screws in the future.--ORIGINAL REVIEW--No issues with the base fitting the various v-mount batteries I own, but I don't understand at all why they don't include any M3 screws - especially at this price. I was already wondering how the holes on the male side would line up on various cheese plates but now I see perhaps it isn't designed to go on any cheese plate at all. Given that info, this seems overpriced as it is only half a solution for the scenarios I'd like to use this in.

It only works with itself. Using it with other vmount systems doesn’t prove to be a thing

I purchased this assuming that the design of the latch provided some cam-like engagement to ensure a tight movement and rattle-free connection.It is designed with a straight in latch which, while secure, has as much rattle as the manufacturing tolerance allows for. I might find a use for this later, but it's not the rigid, indexed connection I was hoping for.

Don't buy this until you have the exact type of fastener required, look for countersunk, or flat machine bolts. Otherwise it's pretty difficult to mount the plate without a set of small bolts and nuts included.The mini v plate is 4.7mm thick and the diameter of the counter sunk holes is 6.5mm I ended up going with screws that were smaller so that clearance wouldn't be an issue.It fits a full size v lock, just the base is "mini" the triangle plate fit into my existing v lock base off an aputure light.Secure connection, the red latch feels well built. Lots of mounting points considering its small size.

Quality is really high for the price. V mounts fit nice and tight.

I’ve used this v lock mount to get out of a couple jams where I have no place to mount a battery. This company is always fantastic for the value and I have many of their products.I’ll note that the spacing of the screws on the v lock mount itself hasn’t lined up with anything and I’m often stuck just using one screw and with no antitwist pins this can become a problem when it’s knocked as it’ll loosen off. I was also unable to mount the v wedge to anything as the screw size doesn’t fit anything so that’s proven rather useless to me and what I’m using it for. I hoped to have found a cheaper alternative to the wooden camera v wedge but this isn’t exactly it.

There is wiggle when mounting something like a V-mount battery, at least for mine. Not significantly, but noticeably enough.
