Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! Since I started taking your supplements I have been thrilled with the improvements in -:my memory, concentration and word recall, my migraines although I occasionally get headaches but they are manageable and don’t last long, my blood sugar problems are almost non-existent and I can cope with some carbs now such as sweet potato. It’s is too early to tell if my bone density is improving but I really hope so. The bone marrow has reduced my diarrhea a little. My ankles swell up a little less.
