can the water inlet be fitted to a tap adapter?

Not really. The water inlet pipe isn't very good, quite flimsy and small so we fill it up using a bucket or bowl - or from the shower.

Is it possible not to print this item on the courier label as a washing machine?

The package will not show a washing machine pattern

Would this be able to clean something like a heavy work uniform? It's okay if it needs to go in by itself, just something I need to know before buying

How do i get this to spin

You have to take all your washing out and fit the spinning basket. You then turn the dial to the spin side of the dial. You can only spin a few items at a time, if you fill it too much the spinning mechanism doesn't work.
