Ultimate Towels Travel Towel - Super Absorbent Quick Drying Microfiber Towel for Camping, Beach, Pool, Gym, or Swimming

This is the third towel of this type that I've purchased. This one was for my daughter to take on a canoe trek in the Boundary Waters. It dries you off well, but you have to machine wash it first to rough it up and make it more absorbent. It also dries out itself pretty quickly.I hate to say it, but there are so many similar towels like this for sale now, that they seem like a commodity. Make sure the one you get has a sturdy snap loop on the corner so you can hang it from a branch to dry out. This one is sturdy. We prefer not to use the mesh bags that come with these because of slightly more bulk and weight, but if that's important to you get a sturdy one with a stout snap loop on it so you can hang it from your pack or a hook to allow it to dry while you're on the move. This bag was fairly good, but not as good as another I had purchased (and don't use).We bought the 20x40 inch size which is big enough for me to dry off. I have a bigger one I didn't like because I'm usually in a campsite shower stall when I use it, and it was difficult to keep it from touching/dragging on the somewhat gross floor as I dried myself-- length was too unwieldy.

Okay so when I got the towel I was scared it wouldn't cover everything since it was so small, I washed it and hung it to dry, I folded it up and threw it in my gym bag. I hung the towel with the little strap and that was nice since I didn't have to worrie about t falling. I started drying off and was like this feels weird since I like plush towels and to my surprise NOT A DROP of water was on my arm and it didn't feel like I just wiped of I was DRY like I was very happy since I have to put jeans on and right after a shower (ladies y'all know) it's not so fun when your skin has that moisture feel but that towel I didn't have that I then folded it up and put it in my bag so small and my gym bag is not as stuffed and that was one of the reasons I ordered. GET THIS TOWEL YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

For a travel towel (or any towel, for that matter), it's really important for me that the towel isn't the kind that snags on skin, as I often have dry skin. Plus that's just u comfortable!Luckily for me, this towel is super smooth! I love the feel of it and I got a size that's just enough to go around my waist and no bigger - awesome when trying to save space!Just as great as a towel like you find at REI: smooth, soft, and compact.

I use this towel when bike touring. its light weight and compact. Takes less space than a soda can. The 24 x 48 size is very ample. Most effective if you blot rather than rub as you would with a terry cloth towel.

I like this towel so much that I bought two - one for my gym bag & another for traveling. It has served me well one many occasions! Sometimes you just don’t know when you’ll need it, and it’s better to be prepared. The largest size is nice & roomy and can even be used as a beach towel in a pinch. It also dries very quickly!

these two towels I bought, I use every day for two years, I travel with them, I travel full tme non stop and these are the two towels I use at all hotels or hostels I don't want to use strangers towels and get skin diseases. excellent product.

This is not really super absorbent as a lot of the reviewers have said. It is about as absorbent as any piece of fabric would be. Imagine drying off with a sock or something. Not really that absorbent. That is the primary purpose of a towell, after all. However, on the plus side it does fold down very small.

They are super thin. I put it under my dogs water bowl and it lasted about 5 minutes. Wasn’t heavy enough for this use. Also, I ordered 1 and was sent and charged for two. Waste of money for me.
