Item is a good replacement and fit for original hole in truck body. This is an item that I have purchased in the past and plan to purchase again in the future when needed on my heavy duty trucks. We have all purchased items online that we have not been pleased with but I can assure you this is not one of those type items. This is just as good (or better) in quality and fit as the original.
