How do you open? turned 30 times in the open direction and did not work! can not push in or out just turn. can't use if can't open!

After taking the plastic off the stem and nozzle it should be stiff. with the nozzle facing away from you. Turn the nozzle a quarter in the left direction. (there are direction marks on the top of the nozzle also). Make sure you are turning the nozzle alone and not the base where it unscrews from the bottle. If this doesn't work you may have gotten a bad bottle, unfortunately. This is common during shipping. Reach out to the company and explain what's wrong. They shouldn't have any problems helping you and most likely come to a reasonable solution.

What are the ingredients?

Water based formula. Didnt see any carcinogens. Had no ill side effects for either her or myself.

can i use my HSA card to by this?

Honestly I don't know I only use my debit card or Amazon gift card you can use ur credit card as well as for any other payments I don't know about that

How do you open the pump. Ive tried turinig the pump head left and pulling up but no luck getting it open

It doesn’t open. Darn thing is defective. The pump dispenser is the main reason I tried this. But it doesn’t work. Twirl forever. And they don’t take returns of their defective merchandise.
