I bought this about a year ago and installed the K&N Performance Air Intake Kit (77-3082KP) on my truck(2016 GMC Sierra), and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! The throaty growl sounds great under acceleration. Slight performance and mileage improvement but you in order to see the mileage improvement you don't get to hear the growl. In using my cruise I see between 5 and 10 percent increase in mileage ie from 15 to 17. On open freeway it has improved from 19 to 21 on average. Very clean install. I would recommend the dry charger wrap to increase its life and reduce the frequency of cleanings. The wrap also improves appearance as it comes in black, red, and blue.

Installed on my 2016 gmc sierra 5.3L. Sounds and looks great! Very easy and quick instal. JUST ONE THING. The kit comes with 2 plastic vent fittings that are made of very cheap plastic. I broke one of them with my strong hand while I was snugging them up. I recommend you find a replacement before installation just in case... I found some on Amazon -- Stainless Steel 316 Barb Fitting Coupler/Connector 5/8" Hose ID x 1/4" Male. Otherwise very very happy.

Intake looks absolutely beautiful in my blacked out truck, was a super easy install and made my exhaust sound better. Definitely has better air flow and I can hear it from the driver seat. Definitely a little pricey but the aluminum intake tube is much better than the cheap plastic ones
