The tension is good love the way each digit can be worked separately

I like the multiple strengths so can move up or down as needed as hand gets stronger! I do notice some 'clicking' sounds so not sure if very durable. I like the individual fingers so I can also work on each one to increase each ones strength and dexterity.

The product did not come with the plastic stand as described. I’m still giving 4 stars because the digiflex exercisers are great. I’m just a little disappointed the stand wasn’t included.

This is an excellent set to own for rehabilitation sessions and it comes with a case to keep in order and tidy. I also like each of the strengths comes with its own handle grip.Well done.

I had this thing for two weeks only, and in that time I could very obviously feel an improvement in my hand strength.My sister was visiting, and she's had some troubles with her fingers, and she picked the thing up and started working it. I told her she could keep it, as it was no longer strong enough for me and I was going to upgrade anyway.She's reported that it's nearly cured several of her finger/wrist issues. Pretty amazing, really.
