Hair Toner

A little bit of this added to conditioner gave me the perfect pastel pink that I've been trying to find for ages. Be warned that a little goes a long way so don't overdo it! It washes out quite quickly so ideal if you like to change up your hair colour frequently. Easy to maintain the colour if preferred by using it mixed with conditioner at each wash. You need so little that the bottle will last for ages. Takes really well on pale blonde bleached hair but can't comment on natural blonde. The way I use it mixed with conditioner doesn't stain my grey hair but direct application may work? Highly recommend and wish I'd found this years ago as I'd have saved a lot of money on so-called pastel pink colour/toner.

Love this Cameleo Pink Hair Toner, I took the advice of someone else that brought it a mixed it with thick white hair conditioner, so I wash my hair, add conditioner with pink toner and then I wash my hair again because conditioner makes my hair floppy. It’s perfect and stays in several washes, so I just top it up every now and then.

I have bleached hair and I have dyed my hair pink (and various other colours) before using various “permanent” and semi permanent brands. For the longest time I swore by Renbow Crazy Colour (little pink bottle), which is a thicker substance and is semi permanent. I saw this and was interested by the instructions and the reviews. I followed as per the instructions (2 litres water and a tablespoon of dye) and was really surprised. I put conditioner in my hair, then flipped my head upside down and dunked the tips and immediately they went pink. I dunked all of my hair - I was a bit worried it would stain my hands and head but it didn’t seem to, so I cupped handfuls of pink water onto my scalp area and no staining occurred. The scalp area isn’t as pink as I’d like, but I am still very impressed at how quick and easy this product is, and how a little dye made such a difference, there’s definitely value for money. I will probably do what the other reviewers have done and put some dye in my conditioner next time, as that’s what I used to do with Crazy Colour. I would definitely recommend this, I think my process just needs a bit of refinement to get all of my hair the same colour. You must have light hair for this to work - my roots have grown through and they aren’t pink (and I wasn’t expecting them to go pink, this isn’t a negative remark, just a heads up for those with dark hair)

So glad I read reviews before using. This dye is SUPER effective - mixed with conditioner and left on for just a few minutes and I have raspberry/magenta full on colour on my blonde hair. It has taken very well to my growing out highlights but my natural medium blonde roots haven’t really taken it so well so it’s a bit patchy - maybe that’s on me though. Word of warning - this dye will stain anything it touches, I spilled a couple of drops on the paintwork round my sink surface and wall and it set in immediately. I have gotten the stains out with a lot of scrubbing and some harsh chemicals but there remains a slight pink hue and I’m going to have to repaint it. It didn’t take to the ceramics on the bath and sink as long as I got to them quickly, but you don’t want to mess around with this dye. You MUST wear gloves and only mix the dye and use it in the bath to avoid any dye going onto any other non ceramic surfaces. I would recommend it though as long as you’re super careful - for the price and result it’s fantastic. I’m yet to know whether it’ll wash out after a few shampoos though. Fingers crossed!

Love this as a rinse, to maintain pink hair. Also you can get white conditioner in a bowl and add drops of this to make a pastel pink hair dye and it’s as good as ones you can buy like cotton candy colour from crazy brand So now I use this as my hair dye mix it with white cheap conditioner. Lasts ages as you only need about 6 drops

If I could give this product zero stars I would. This so-called ‘toner’ is no more than a bottle of pink food colouring. It is the consistency of water, stains the palms of the hands so that they look like you’ve been on a murdering spree, and takes a lot of scrubbing off bath and anything else the liquid comes into contact with. Luckily hardly any touched my hair so I’ve that to be grateful for. I couldn’t even be bothered to ask for a refund as it’s gone straight into the bin.

After reading all the reviews I was expecting big things for this product. Disappointed by this is I'm being honest. My daughter had medium blonde hair, initially wanted the ends of her hair done for the summer holidays and this seemed like the safest option for colour and vibrancy. We used the conditioner method and added 5 drops, it didn't take at all. We redid it and added 10 drops and it just about took. My daughter then decided let's do the whole head using the water rinse method again using more than the advised colour and it didn't work at all. We are now trying the full head conditioner method in the hope this works better!

Great product but a lot stronger than you think. I loved the finished effect but did not believe it would be as good at changing my hair colour as it was! Dilute, rinse hair and left for only a minute and rinsed with a little conditioner. Love it but a little goes a long way and it will stain everything in the bathroom so take care.

Pubblico la mia recensione per dare un consiglio a chi, come me, è alle prime armi con l'utilizzo di questo prodotto 🤗 Il pigmento arriva imbustato nel suo flacone tipo shampoo ma occorre prestare attenzione perché la fuoriuscita del liquido macchia davvero tanto. Su materiali porosi come lavandini o mobili in legno non viene via! Quindi armatevi di guanti e di un dosatore. Onestamente io utilizzo un cucchiaio usa e getta facendo attenzione nel regolarmi con la quantità. Specifico che il prodotto va assolutamente diluito!! Un cucchiaino per una colororazione (nel mio caso) rosa tenue, un cucchiaio per un fucsia più acceso. In genere diluisco la colorazione con la mia dose di maschera per capelli ma il dosaggio può avvenire anche con shampoo o balsamo, come si preferisce. Tempo di posa 2 MINUTI. Poi risciacquo con abbondante acqua. Ho una base bionda colorata per cui il pigmento è molto visibile ma va via lentamente coi lavaggi. Unica pecca è che secca molto i capelli. Nonostante ciò è super consigliato per chi vuole osare senza spendere una cifra 👍🏼

Onlangs mijn haar geblondeerd, vervolgens een violet verf tint er door gedaan, dit was wat aan het vervagen. Tijd voor weer wat nieuws. Ik wissel vaak en veel van kleur en heb al meerdere kleurshampoos, toners ed gehad. Vanmorgen een paar druppels door mijn cremespoeling gedaan en even laten inwerken. En dit is het resultaat. Ik was mijn haar Max 2 per week dus zal wel even meegaan. De paarse ondertoon is hier nog zichtbaar, maar dat vind ik niet erg. Ben vooral verrast door hoe goed t pakt, zelfs dus op de violet kleur verf die er in zat. Geef een redelijk gelijkmatig resultaat, bij andere shampoos of toners heb ik ervaren dat het soms heel wisselend is wel deel haar het wel of niet pakt. Voor deze prijs en de hoeveelheid die je nodig hebt is dit echt topspul!

Una maravilla!! Después de leer todos los comentarios, probé primero echando unas gotas en la mascarilla, porque lo del agua lo veía mucho lío. A mí eso no me funcionó, no me cogió apenas color, y la dejé más de 15 minutos... Pero la segunda vez me animé a hacerlo en agua, así que busqué un balde, puse una toalla debajo y probé así. Y es una pasada. Es tan rápido como meter el pelo, lo frotas un poco, estás unos minutos y listo!! Total, el color dura los mismos lavados que otros tintes, con la diferencia de que este por lo menos no cuesta darlo ni 5 minutos. Lo de que mancha, tengo que decir que en puro sí mancha, pero una vez disuelto en agua no se queda nada de color (la superficie donde me lo di es blanca y cayeron unas gotas, se limpian y como si nada). Yo no conté las gotas que eché, porque directamente eché un chorro, y se queda un rosa chicle muy chulo (al segundo lavado ya lo tienes pastel). Cuanto más tiempo lo tienes en el agua, más color coge. Lo dicho, un descubrimiento!!
