It is just ok.
Quality is good and It Works ok. The battery is for only 8 hours but for me is fine. I don’t like the voice that appear sometimes “not often” to tell you that the battery level, this stop your music for a moment to tell you the time remaining. But for the price everything works well.

Good sound, announcement voice very loud
The overall quality of the adapter is very good. Volume great, sound quality great, battery life acceptable. What I don't like is the volume of the built-in voice. It has no reference to the current set volume. I commonly listen a a fairly low volume and the announcement voice startles me. It's bad enough for me to find another adapter. This is going to become a backup adapter only. Listen loud it might be fine for you.

Broke in less than 9 months.
I used this so that I could use my Mackie in ear monitors to listen to music and answer phone calls. The wires started breaking within 6 months, and we're completely useless in 9 months.I do not recommend.
