I’ve been using these for almost 2 years now, and they’ve honestly been a life changer. I already trust and love this brand, but this specific supplement has made a huge difference for me. After LASIK, I struggled a lot with dry eyes, and these have really helped improve that. I notice way less discomfort and dryness throughout the day. Definitely something I plan to keep taking!

I am not sure if this product actually reduced my inflammation because I only took it a few times. I am not an anxious person, so when I felt very anxious after taking this, I was bummed. I was hoping this would help my systemic inflammation, but I won't be taking this. This is a low dose so I was hoping it would be ok. It also increased bowel movements significantly...almost gave me diarrhea. If you are someone that has issues with that, this product may be a problem. I am sure it works for normal humans, but I have a very sensitive system.

This stuff is amazing! It helps with soooo many things and is so great for your immune system. It also helps your skin to be less sensative to the sun. I find I tan more than I burn now, and before that was not the case. I still slather in sunscreen though, I feel like it makes my sunscreen more effective, it does not take the place of sunscreen by any means. It’s also amazing for recovering your body physically, after a hard workout or long day at work. I am not nearly as sore and achy like I used to be. I also have a bad back and it hasn’t been cured by any means, but this supplement definitely allows me to do things I couldn’t before, without pain. My back and my hips were so bad I hadn’t been able to go for a run in 20 years! One day during my walk, I just started running! I ran almost a mile, felt amazing and was not sore the next day!!! Running is something I love, so I’m forever grateful! I highly recommend! This company makes the best supplements. They make them so easily absorbable which can be difficult and is obviously very important. They also do go overboard with their dosage. I use several of their products and have never felt better! *I am not a medical professional of any kind so please do your research and consult your doctor.

I have been taking this for close to 2 weeks and see a slightly darker pigment in my skin tone. But I'm still blind as a bat without my glasses. I'm hoping that area will improve with time.
