Can you share the Instructions for syncing the robot and the remote?

Never could get the remote to sync with the robot.

after about a week of play our robot will no longer stand up? it looses balance with any movement then jusy falls over. How can we reset or fix this

They are infamous for a small, broken wire in the leg. I sent mine back, as our grandson’s toy broke on Christmas Day. I’ve heard nothing from my seller. That was 2020.
