Love these very sturdy and durable

Great quality and not like some other compostable bags that decompose before being used.

We've been using these bio bags for a couple of years now. I get the 6 or 8 gal. ones for the kitchen wet garbage, and the 33 gal. ones for the large recycle container. No problems with either. The only time we've ever had a problem was when hubby left one sitting in the sun for many weeks behind the garden shed and it began to decompose. But that's what it's supposed to do! That's how it biodegrades! He doesn't do that anymore. :) We highly recommend these biodegradable bags. I even store sleeping bags in them in the garage! They are great! Give Mother Earth a helping hand!

These work very well for a compostable bag. So, keep that in mind. I'm reviewing as a compostable and NOT in comparison to a thicker, normal or heavy duty plastic bag like Hefty. These hold up surprisingly well with all sorts of kitchen recyclables and garbage, even pokey things like cereal boxes. You can even tamp down items in the bag without it tearing - just do so gently.

Good quality. Easy to dispense and better price than local stores.
