I tried the blue and this gold however, the gold is far better choice as it's creamy with low acidity which I prefer.

No issues with the pods in the machine. Flavour is great if you want a strong coffee with a tall/long/large portion rather than an espresso shot

Good coffee, despite not the best Borbone coffee I have tasted.

I have bought these pods many times before but this time I think I got a faulty lot. It's like there was not enough air remove from the pod making the lid easy to be pierced and letting the water go faster through the coffee producing a very bad weak coffee, not a hint of crema, more like dirty water... I have opened two bags and they are the same.The same happened with another lot I bought for my brother.

I love the pods “Caffè Borbone” for Dolce Gusto but some of the ones I received are faulty as sometimes together with the coffee some water starts to come out from the sides of the pods so that I need to stop with them and use other ones but that’s disappointing because I tried 9 pods until now and 3 of them were already defective...That’s very weird as the ones I ordered previously from Amazon were perfect (I noticed that those good ones had the red stripes to save the freshness which were slightly longer than these ones). I highly recommend Caffè Borbone pods but please pay attention to the differences among the packages you’ll receive as some of them could be faulty (maybe fake) and other ones perfect.

Of the Caffè Borbone blends that I have tried (Gold, Blue and Green) this is my favourite. I've yet to try the Red blend.I do wish that the company would sell a package with a selection of the blends.

I buy there regularly and I am very dissappointed about the quality of some of the pods this time. We opened two different packs and one of them tastes completely different, the aroma is not as usual comparing to the other packs. It seems poor quality coffee. Also, the exipiring date is quite imminent and is unusual. I am not happy.
