I’m really impressed with these broccoli sprouting seeds! The germination rate is amazing — almost every seed turned into a fresh, green sprout. They grew fast (about 4–5 days) and the taste is super crisp and fresh. 🌱 What I like most: they’re certified organic, clean, and you can really tell the difference in quality. My whole jar filled up beautifully, and it feels great to grow something so healthy right in my kitchen. 💡 Tip from me: rinse the seeds a few times in cold water before starting, and soak them shortly in vinegar water for extra clean sprouts. After that, it’s just rinse & drain daily — really simple! 👉 On a quart jar (1/4 gallon), I used 1/4 cup of seeds, which was the perfect amount to get a full jar of delicious, nutrient-packed sprouts. 🎁 These seeds can even make a unique gift if you know someone who enjoys growing microgreens in their kitchen — and I can also recommend which sprouting lids I use if you’re just getting started.

I just grew my first broccoli sprouts ever. It was easy, took 5 days. Nature Jims website was very helpful. The sprouts have been tasty and we have really enjoy eating fresh sprouts. I have a small double stack sprouting tray set and 1 tablespoon of seeds gives us a good harvest for 2 adults. The germination rate was excellent and we like Nature Jims so much I'm back to try different varieties.

Second order from this supplier. Is you follow the directions and use a good sprouting jar you will have great results. I bought two of the Mason jar screw-on caps with screen from Amazon for <$15 to keep the cost reasonable and the process simple. Pour about 1/4” of seeds in the bottom, tighten the lid, pour in about an inch of vinegar and let soak for several minutes then pour out and rinse with cold water. Rinse daily. Stand upright with the cap down or on its side with no water in the jar on window sill. In about 2-3 days they’ll start to sprout. In 5 days you’ll have a great crop. I store mine in the fridge after that with cap up. Taste great and supposedly very nutritious. Adjust your start level to your needs. Highly recommend this vendor.

Poor germination. Update: In fairness to the seller, I found that my germination problem seems to be my fault rather than the seed itself. I found rinsing the seeds less and sprouting them in a larger jar resulted in the majority of the seeds sprouting.

So far I have grown 3 jars of broccoli sprouts, my husband loves them with almost everything! Sprouts grow well and easily.

As a beginning sprout grower, I had great success using these Nature Jim's broccoli sprout seeds. I grew the seeds in a quart mason jar with a mesh drain lid. I watched a few simple You Tube videos, and within 5 days I had my first harvest. Obviously the seeds worked. I took a picture of my first harvest. The nearly empty jar has 2 T of seeds in it. This is before I do an overnight soak and then spend 5 days rinsing the seeds 3 times a day and letting them rest upside down at an angle to drain excess moisture. The full jar is at the end of 5 days of growth and right before I put a handful on my dinner salad. So the seeds worked great for me and I'll be buying Nature Jim's radish sprout seeds as well.
